These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://priditt.com/ website and the purchase of products and services offered through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.


1. Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and select mobile wallet options.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below PKR 20,000. Orders exceeding this limit may require full or partial advance payment.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above PKR 3,299.

  • For orders below PKR 3,299, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.


3. Delivery Time Frame

  • Standard delivery time is 3 – 5 working days from the date of order placement.

  • In some rural or remote areas, delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.

  • Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues beyond our control.


4. Order Confirmation

Your order will be considered confirmed once full payment (or applicable COD) has been successfully received and verified.


5. Order Verification

You may receive an image or delivery confirmation of your order via email or WhatsApp, confirming the product’s packing or delivery status.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to track your package in real-time through the courier’s website or portal.


Refund & Exchange Policy

At Priditt, we are committed to ensuring a premium customer experience. To maintain service quality and transparency, we follow the below guidelines:


Refunds

  • Before Dispatch:
    Refunds can only be processed before your order has been packed or dispatched. Once the product enters the packing or shipping process, the refund window closes.

  • Restocking Fee:
    If your order has already been packed and you request a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of labor, packing, and reserved inventory.

  • Advance Payment Refunds:
    If you’ve made a partial payment (e.g., 50%) and choose to cancel after dispatch, no refund will be provided. The advance payment covers resources already allocated to fulfilling your order.


Exchanges

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Include photos and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review and assist with the next steps.

  • Eligibility:
    To qualify for an exchange:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 24 hours.

    • Used, washed, or altered products cannot be exchanged.

    • Customized, bundle offers, or promotional items are non-exchangeable.
